Wonderful experience. Fred helped us buy our first home. We were out of state due to Military life so Fred went to the homes before us to see if it was what we were looking for. When we arrived to CT to look at homes Fred planned out the whole day to make sure we saw everything we could with the short amount time we had. Once we picked out our house while we were out of state Fred would keep us on the loop with every step of the process.

It was great working with Fred on the sale of our home. He advised on strategies to use for showing and pricing the home to put us in the best position. He kept us informed throughout the process and was very responsive to any questions. Working with Fred, we were able to sell our home at a price and in a time frame that we were very happy with.

We cannot recommend Fred enough! We searched for our first home for a bit longer than we expected and we saw quite a few places before we finally found the one. When we did, the closing was a bit challenging. Fred was with us the entire time and we could not have navigated the process without his expertise. Fred is a fantastic real estate agent that I have already recommended to people, and will continue to do so. He answered all of our questions and phone calls quickly, even when we called outside of standard business hours. I found him to be an incredibly honest and trustworthy individual, who will help guide you to the best decision. My husband and I really hit the lottery with Fred Moore III! Our mortgage company referred Fred to us when we applied for our mortgage in late October 2016.
